We had this business install flooring for us with a guarantee. A few months after the install the flooring started to buck and separate. When I called I was given the classic answer, “it’s not our materials, it is your subfloors”. They even had a man come out and parrot what the owner said over the phone. There was no doubt he was told what to say to keep the store from honoring the agreement.
