For a couple years. I when to this same bank location every other week. Always going inside and working with the same couple ladies for my usual deposits and withdraws. I go there often enough to know them by name. Last time I when in with an expired ID. They same lady i chat with every other week. Rudely told me they "don't know I am" And claimed to have never met me. at one point I required my check amounts for my taxes. and the tellers could not help.
