They had me print an astronomically large number of pages in 2023 and then never actually did my taxes. I had repeatedly left follow up messages with their staff but got the cold shoulder when it came time to actually getting my taxes done. I ended up doing my business taxes myself. What’s even more incredible is that yesterday, they randomly decided to call me — over TWO YEARS LATER. Disrespectful losers.
