My Dad is here and he is miserable. It's freezing in there and he asks for blankets and they don't give him anything and tell him to open his courtains to let the sun in to warm it up. What's he supposed to do at night??? I live out of state so I'm sending him a blanket. When I talk to him on the phone you can hear a residents music blasting. Terrible h.r don't call people back after the interview her second time doing this to me
I probably shouldn't express how I feel on this place considering there the ones that got my mom's foot in the door to nursing home but considering I seen this place go from bad to worse just puts me in question in 2021 when my mom was put into this place it wasn't the greatest but it also wasn't the worstest but as the years gone by I've seen this place just stop caring , things would always go missing at this facility I can't begin to tell ya how much clothes we would buy my mom and not once did me or my family see it on h... read more
