This place is by far the WORST nursing home I’ve ever visited in my lifetime. The staff members are very rude and disrespectful to the residents. The roaches at this place are uncontrollable. This place is NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS if you truly deeply love them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AT ALL
My brother was brought in after broken back and ribs. They just threw him in a room and didn't tell him Anything about the facility. We have been waiting for 2 days for a shower chair so he has not been able to shower. No one seems to want to work here. He had no towels or wash rags. He had to ask for toilet paper. It is just horrible. I had them come here because the hospital would move him if I could. said it was one of the better places. If so that is so sad.
Every google review of this place is from 2 months ago. Thats odd. They are ALL rave reviews. Also odd. Either fake profiles or fake reviews. Guaranteed! I urge ppl to look at the Yelp reviews, caring.com reviews and Indeed reviews for this place. Let me tell you my mother's experience in this "skilled" facility. In just a few short months stay, she has experienced neglect and abuse that resulted in serious injury. Staff have ignored and denied her the most basic of care. Pretty Good everybody is cool also.
Would never send any elderly person to this place... They fired an employee for alcoholism which is against federal law trying to get her to sign a statement so they wouldn't have to pay unemployment.. when 80% of the time she worked her she was by herself working 12-hour shifts never even had a write up.. that's my sour grapes but the way they treat the people is the most disgusting stuff I've ever heard in my life.. she constantly walked through clouds of weed smoke, her HR lady was screwing the maintenance man in her offi... read more
