Erica & the West Schaumburg KinderCare Team Have always been phenomenal. I have had all three of my kids there for the last 7 years and the have been so respectful, nurturing, and caring to my family. They are open and honest with feedback and always have great ideas and plans to help when your child is moving between milestones or new behaviors. I highly recommend them!

If you're looking for a daycare for your children, this is NOT the right one. I worked at that daycare for 4 months, and I believe I did the best I could as a teacher... but I left because my 18-month-old daughter was bitten and scratched almost every day by the same boy and girl respectively, who not only hurt my daughter but several other children. I wish I could give less than a 1 star. Back in September a teacher put her hands on my son and was seen by 2 other staff members being rough with him. She grabbed my son aggressively/roughly sitting him in a chair and grabbed my son aggressively to line him up causing his head to hit the wall. This experience has been so traumatizing for him and my family. I thought the situation was handled, but it wasn’t.
