We have been providing quality physiotherapy & Sports services to the local Northern Districts region since 1996. We established the clinic in Eastwood and moved to the West Ryde area in October 2017 as we have been wanting to expand our business to include a complete rehabilitation process for many of our patients to be able to offer them a strengthening program tailored to them through small group classes including reformer pilates machines

I've been going to NDPSC for several months now, starting out with remedial pilates and eventually for some foot issues. Regardless of the reason, I genuinely look forward to each visit since everyone is so kind, from each receptionist to every physiotherapist! The team at northern districts physio quickly diagnosed the issue and through their professionalism, meant I was able to avoid surgery. Super friendly and gave me full confidence. Would highly recommend!!
Michelle diagnosed a bulging back disc on my first visit and reduced the pain almost immediately with her excellent physio. She also used dry needling for an arm niggle which worked wonders. James has treated my son's sprained neck injury effectively and with excellent exercise tips so he could continue playing sport for the season. Highly recommend the team at NDPSC.
