This was such an amazing experience. As long as I can remember, I've slouched. To have the opportunity to work with Rachel to assess where my foundational needs lie and plan a way to strengthen my structure is so empowering. If you're feeling off in your mind/body alignment, you need to plan your visit. Invest in yourself. Create the vehicle for your long, strong life.

The therapists here are really knowledgeable and skilled at addressing your specific needs. They’re especially helpful with posture and mobility issues, and the space is both friendly and professional. I always leave feeling much better. Definitely recommend if you’ve got something specific you want help with.
