I can’t say enough great things about West Point Cycles. From day one, they have provided exceptional service for my bike. Whether it’s a simple tune-up or a more complex repair, they always surprise me with high-quality work. Their team is incredibly friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and ready for the road. As a triathlete, I rely heavily on my bike’s performance, and I wouldn’t trust it with anyone else. They only had about 25% inventory to view / try & the female employee did not seem knowledgeable
We had an amazing experience at Westpoint Cycles in Langley! Andrew went above and beyond to help us choose and purchase our very first bikes in Canada. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. What really stood out was that he stayed after the store had closed on a Sunday just to help us load both bikes into our car — something we truly appreciated. Staff... and all the stores are good for some reason...like the service which is fast and personal, sympathetic, and great value as they genuinely act on things that matter: pricing, expediency, repair turn around, availability/back orders and custom ordering (which they see through till complete BETTER than others).
