I love my Verbe3 Trek e-bike that I bought from West Point Cycles in Langley, a few years ago. Their service department is 5 star. Anytime I had a concern, minor repair or tuneup, they were very accommodating, and their excellent service quickly had me back on the road, enjoying what I love most…cycling. I highly recommend this store for bike purchases and services.

⚠️ I made a big mistake not reading the reviews before coming here. Please read mine carefully so you don’t repeat it. Booking (April 19): I called for a tune-up. The lady said the earliest appointment was Tuesday, April 28, but told me clearly: “You can drop the bike off any day — we just won’t start work until Tuesday.” Drop-off (Tuesday, April 28): I brought the bike in at 11:00 AM.
