I’ve been extremely happy with Westpoint Cycles in Langley. Their customer service and ongoing support have been consistently excellent. I’ve now purchased several bikes from them, and every experience has been smooth, professional, and enjoyable. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, and clearly care about making sure you end up with the right bike and great long-term support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for a bike or reliable service.
Every time I walk in this store, I’m welcome with a smile and once I needed a bicycle box to go for the airplane and they supplied it for free and put me on a list. Great service.
Extremely helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for a better bike shop. Got a bike for our 5 year-old, and will go back when it’s time to re-up our adult bikes now, too.
Highly recommend this bike store! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences over the last 2 1/2 years. Their staff happily opens the front door for you if you have your bike, they patiently help you find the right equipment you need.
