The bike mechanics at this shop are top notch people. I seemed to have unluckily picked the worst tire/rim combination, popping both my tubes during installation. Eddy and the mechanics at the shop were super friendly and helpful in diagnosing the issue and offering solutions. Super appreciative of their efforts and help, it was a very positive experience overall despite how frustrating my components were.
I had an excellent experience at Westpoint Cycles this past Saturday (Oct. 12th) while getting some minor warranty work done on my e-bike. The entire team, from the front counter staff to the mechanic, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their professionalism made the process smooth and stress-free.
