We have been with this bank for over seven years. My landlord went to cash our checks and she was given grief saying we were trying to rip her off, no we always make good on them. They talked about our personal business with her and she came back telling us everything. I will be contacting the manager about this. I am NOT happy! I believe there's a HPAA violation in there somewhere. They also lied telling her that they do not charge fees for overdrafts..they do! Every bank charges that!
