The physical office Environment is light and airy. It is conducive to relaxing when you walk in because it seems informal and friendly. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and eager to help. I found Dr. Bailey to be very patient oriented. She attempted to explain everything I needed in detail enough where I would feel comfortable with the treatments that she recommended. Dr. Bailey is a miracle worker! I went in complaining of filminess on my eyes and how it was affecting my ability to read. And I walked out of there and drove home and was able to read street signs clearly, license plates clearly; all stuff that I’ve been struggling with for a couple weeks now. Anyone with dry eyes needs to make an appointment as soon as possible. Love Dr. Bailey love Natalie. Her whole office is wonderful.
Dr. Bailey and Tixel are a game changer for dry eye relief! Tixel has been the most effective treatment I’ve ever tried for my dry eyes. Highly recommend!
While my practice offers advanced dry eye treatments, Dr. Bailey provides additional options not available in our office. Her filtered serum drops outperform centrifuged drops, and her Yag laser and Tixel treatments benefit patients who don't respond to our IPL & RF treatments.
