Michael, Stephanie and especially Caleb were extremely helpful with the selection and delivery of my new mountain bike. Caleb spent an hour and a half patiently helping me decide which bike to choose. Their bike shop is a true resource for both West Plains and the region.
Michael and his son were very friendly and helpful! We walked in, he quickly fixed our daughters bike tire and brake for a great price. Happy to support a local business!
Visiting from outofstate and needed bike repair. I called and eas greeted pleasantly and told to bring it in, it wdnt take long. They explained what happened, didn't use a tire I brought bc it wasn't needed, put the new tube in I provided and for $25 I was out the door! Very polite, and helpful getting my Ebikes in & out the car. Thanks for exemplifying how to conduct a proper business! Robin from VA
