What a fantastic bike shop! Glad I found them, Stephanie (owners) is fantastic and took great care of us! Got us back in business fast after a broken chain and leaking valve steam. Fast, fair and affordable, highly recommend.
It was great! They fixed my bike in very fast.very friendly and helpful! And extremely affordable!
Won’t answer the phone even during the 12 hours a week they are open. Message says ‘just bring your bike in we work on everything bike related ‘. So I loaded up my 2 95 pound E-bikes, (not easy at 63 with a fractured spine), drive 40 minutes 1 way to the shop on one of the 3 days they’re open. To be told we don’t work on E-bikes. So 1 1/2 hour drive, loading and unloading 2 heavy bikes because in the 12 hours a week they are open they refuse to answer the phone. Horrible business. Michael, Stephanie and especially Caleb were extremely helpful with the selection and delivery of my new mountain bike. Caleb spent an hour and a half patiently helping me decide which bike to choose. Their bike shop is a true resource for both West Plains and the region.
Michael and his son were very friendly and helpful! We walked in, he quickly fixed our daughters bike tire and brake for a great price. Happy to support a local business!
