Can't post my review keeps throwing me out. This place is a MINUS 100 stars Disgusting place. Garth Caddo..useless. in 14 months never picked up the phone once. Let all calls go, to voice mail. I left Garth a message once saying if i wanted to kill my sister, I'd do it myself. I didn't need his help. the food was that bad. Dietitian couldn't get a job in movie theater...Resident doctor a pure joke!!!!! Shame on you. Once a week visit and doesn't come, in between. My mother was paneled from hospital and placed here , from reading some of the Google reviews, I had some apprehension. I was able to spend 8 hrs a day with her for a week, watching the care teams routine, advocating on her behalf just a few times . Overall the nurses , health care aides , and cleaning staff are really great . They truly care . The food is made on site and is very good nutritionally. The. My father in law is in the home. The home lost his bottom dentures. They refuse to take responsibility even though they help my father in law remove his teeth at night and put them in, in the morning the next day. They say he threw them in the garbage which is really not accepting any type of responsibility for the missing teeth. We pay them to look after him and not to make silly excuses blaming him.
