I'm extremely happy with my new flooring. Mark was very patient while we went through numerous iterations of flooring types. Matt and Mark adviced us on the direction that the planks should be installed which turned out to be spot on. Matt carried out the installation very efficiently and with care. Overall, very pleased that I chose west One Wood Flooring and would definitely recommend them.
When the going gets tough, you find out who your friends really are! We had a lovely new wood floor fitted by West One a couple of years ago. At the end of last year, we found that it had become damp, warped and buckled. West One did not flinch from working closely with us and other contractors to help discover how the damp had got into the house. Did a great job restoring our wooden floors. They look like new. Everything from the initial quote to customer service and billing was handled very professionally. Recommended.
West One Wood Flooring were extremely knowlegeable, experienced, considerate - brilliant all in all. My kitchen floor which is made of reclaimed wood has been sanded and re-sealed in a way that we all love. It transforms the room and was done with great care and taste. I can't recommend West One Wood Flooring too highly!
