My wife and I have never had a bad experience with this bank! We have our checking account with TrailWest bank for over a year now and have always received excellent service and helpful employees who make our banking experience with TrailWest Bank enjoyable and hassle free!
Annoying as hell entitled bank. Attempted to cash our check and were asked for extensive info aside from ID and phone number. Were told we needed a “profile” built to cash OUR check. Twenty minutes later, we had OUR money. Ick
