When I went in last year, the store owner made me cry... tears of happiness. We were newly arrived in Pembroke, and I needed a little retail therapy. Where we come from, people who dress in baggy clothes are scrutinized, and I felt seen and heard by the staff. It was such a welcoming experience that I was moved to tears. Before I went on holidays I got an ecru pleated skirt and fishermen knit style sweater. And I also grabbed a cute sundress off the sale rack. I have had tons of compliments of the skirt and sweater. Went to a fashion show they participated in. Saw some very chic items. I will be back. The sales crew were fabulous. Can't wait to wear my dress down south.
