Love this store but I can never make it before you close, I understand it may be tough paying someone to be at the store in the evening but as someone who works full time I wouldn’t be able to make it to your store with enough time to browse unless I take time off work. Several of my friends have expressed the same issue.
This store has a nice collection of clothing and accessories that is very much on trend and at decent prices. The problem with this store is that the customer service and return policy are terrible. Buyer beware.
Absolutely fantastic online ordering experience! I ordered a pair of heels for my wedding, the staff were quick to answer any sizing questions I had, the package was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition! They even added a personal note and a little gift to make it more special, I will definitely be ordering from them again! Big thank you to the lovely staff at West On Main!
When I went in last year, the store owner made me cry... tears of happiness. We were newly arrived in Pembroke, and I needed a little retail therapy. Where we come from, people who dress in baggy clothes are scrutinized, and I felt seen and heard by the staff. It was such a welcoming experience that I was moved to tears.
