I had a very disappointing experience shopping here. The staff were incredibly rude and made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I asked for assistance. I was given clothing that was at least two sizes too big. When I pointed out that the armholes hung well below my bra and the fit was clearly wrong, I was told it “wasn’t that big,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. I recently got the Norma Maxi Chambray Dress in Light Blue from West on Main, and I love it so much. I feel amazing in this dress. It’s always hard to choose because there are soooo many beautiful things in this boutique. I just love this place.
Great shop with lots of trendy yet classic clothing options. Customer service was excellent - genuinely helpful and cheery without hovering. I loved my shopping experience there and came out with several gorgeous pieces to add to my wardrobe!
