This can barely be considered a mall especially with SevenOaks just across the street. This place has a very aged dirty feel to it. Some of the businesses here seem less than professional. There are also not very many businesses here even in the first place. It’s more rather a small indoor section of a greater strip mall. There also is an annoying fence in the middle of the street separating WestOaks from SevenOaks which is quite annoying as a pedestrian.
