Absolute waste of time. Had an appointment booked on a Sunday for house removal quote and I was waiting for almost 2 hours at home and the guy never turned up nor answered my calls & voice messages!
Mike and the team were great. Took care of our belongings and offered a very good service and price.
Booked in for a quote from Mike who just didn't show up. When I called to chase firstly I was told he was on the other line, then his phone was broken so he was probably late because he was lost without his sat nav, then was told they would call him (presumably his phone now miraculously fixed) and they told me he had left a message which he absolutely had not. Wasted an entire evening waiting around for this guy. Unreliable and I would not recommend at all.
