The person who answered the phone said that she was the attorney, but I thought I was speaking to a desk person. Very unprofessional and did not have any clue what I was referring to.
I called and emailed several times and never got a response back to any of my messages.
I just wanted to thank you for nothing! I have called multiple numbers, texted and called again. You were listed on the website for my wife’s legal plan. The first time I called, I spoke with someone and she said she would have Lynn call me. Every other call went to voicemail where I left a detailed message to call me. No one called. I will make sure that I do not recommend your office or services. We will not give a positive review for the legal plan as well!
The lawyer working out of the Jenison office tends to ramble off topic presumably to increase her billable hours. Look elsewhere.
