Northside location is so convenient. Customer service bank wide is par one.
Always friendly
Terrible customer service experience after many years of having a checking account with them. Specifically the assistant branch manager at the North Holland location- rude and doesn’t respond to very important email correspondence. I would at the very least seek a different branch, if not a different bank altogether.
