Carers were lovely when I first visited my Aunt who has been in there a few weeks now, the last time I visited, not one of them spoke to me ,not even the one that let me in the door, or even looked me in the eye when doing the tea trolley, I felt very uncomfortable , and unwelcome and if they were trying to put me off visiting im sorry it hasn't worked .
