Sold me a broken reel. Never got to use the reel once and went to see how I can repair it and there was no fishing representative in the fishing store. The register said she’ll let her supervisor know and he proceeded to just walk around the store for 30 minutes until I walked out
Great store to do business with and specially Emilio one of the managers very helpful and professional, definitely a place to go to.
