I would not recommend purchasing an outboard motor from West Marine. I needed service from day one. They told me they don't service and Big Mike, the manager, said, I was on my own to find an authorized dealer. I tried returning the motor and was told I couldn't bring it back. Once it left the store it could not be returned. Beware of the fine print. Stay away from West Marine.
Went there for a livewell pump and was told to drive to hyannis and see if they have one.
Always a convenient place to pop in for any last minute boat or beach things. Love that they always carry life jackets for the dogs. Staff are always super helpful!
