Staff is very helpful and friendly.
I am a loyal west marine customer for over 40 years (E & B marine originally). Cassandra from the Falmouth store is admirably the best employee I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I recently purchased a hypalon dinghy that Cassandra ordered for me in a minty box which other stores did not have in stock. Employees are typically indifferent and not especially knowledgeable. It’s a marine store, so it has a lot of things you may need that you can’t get elsewhere. That said, I’ve found its stock is often lacking. I try hard to avoid West Marine all around for cost and service reasons, this location in particular.
