I've been shopping at various West Marine stores for decades. The store im Deltaville is clearly a cut above. They even helped me get my new 8D batteries to my boat, which was a back saver! Prices are competitive and their return policy very flexible. Winter and her crew are simply great!

I was given this number from a company called Dometic, who said they are a preferred retailer, a gentleman by the name of Dave or David answered the phone. Right away he was extremely rude and very unhelpful. As a business owner myself I would be very disappointed if he worked for me. I would never in a million years want to give this company my business with an attitude like that.
