Many items are not priced. Very frustrating. No one to help, you have to take everything to the register to get the price. And wait in line each time.
I came with a radio battery problem. The staff ( that I dealt with) was just short of rude. Looked around after the "no-help", and found the store basically had anything you need for you and the water. A bit Pricey.
Top of the line products! Employees are extremely knowledgeable and kind!! No pressure sales! I purchase my marine binoculars here and no issues!! Thank you!
The Hyannis staff is great even managers, besides the GM don't help on floor as much as he should he don't know to much when it comes to running a team.
