Terrible service... The guy up front made zero effort to help even when the store was empty... Waited for 30 min for someone to cut a rope and no one came so we left... Would not return... Other west marines have better service
The right store for someone looking to enhance their marine and ocean bound activities. This store has plenty of quality products. Great customer service as well.
Knowledgeable very helpful. When I was at West Marine with my son a gentleman named Michael help my son and very knowledgeable very patient with my son and I we purchased a new Garmin fish finder wouldn't go anywhere else Michael is a older gentleman but very helpful walk through the whole process I know you have two Michaels working there that's the reason I say that
Very kind and knowledgeable staff. They carry almost everything. Great location. Beautiful store.
