We're sailors and visit WMs all up and down the East Coast. The service at this location is entirely dependent on the person working that day. Yesterday was awful; today was great. Therefore, 3/5 🌟🌟🌟 The best part of buying WM products is the return policy. Got a chair for Father's Day (our 3rd of this model), which has a design flaw - the metal arms poke through the material. There was no issue with the exchange and upgrading to a better (more expensive) model (without arm rests). So we left satisfied today and shop here... read more
