West Marine has become my go-to stop for keeping my boat seaworthy, and the Monterey store consistently delivers. Even though the shelves sometimes feel a bit lighter than in years past, I usually find exactly what I need to keep projects moving, and if it’s not right there, the staff does a great job helping me figure out an alternative. Stacie is such a kind & helpful person, she runs the store perfectly well!! We had a smal problem and she gave it her all to solve the diffilculty. I was very happy about that.
Great service! We needed batteries for our boat before leaving the area. We ordered 7 and they only had 5 in stock. Stacie arranged for the other two to be delivered two days later. Two days later there was a communication issue with the other location and our batteries did not come in as promised. Stacie, on her day off, spent the day driving to SFO to go get them for us! Crazy good customer service! I managed auto dealerships for the last 25+ years and finding employees like Stacie is rare. Nice job!!
They won’t stock the fishing gear they have had for days what’s going on I need gear come on whoever is in charge of this place it’s ridiculous
