Manager is crooked. Made all kinds of excuses why he could not give me a receipt for an order and then when I canceled it for that reason--again no receipt for that. I was reordering after returning two 1/4" turnbuckels which turned out to be one size too small--these were bough off the shelf a few days earlier.
