This is THE BEST West Marine I have ever been to. I walked in to buy a paddle board pump and unfortunately they did not have it in stock at the moment. The two gentlemen helping me offered to order it online, but I needed it the same day. They came up with a brilliant idea to inflate the paddle board in store for me! Andy was very nice helping me blow it up, and even loaded the paddle board into my truck for me! Will definitely be coming back to this location for all my future aquatic needs. Thanks guys!! :)
Excellent, polite, friendly service consistently at this location ever since my first visit back in 2015. I called the store and spoke with Jim to see if they had in stock an item that I needed instead of driving down and finding out that they did not. Jim took the time to do a thorough search and found that they did not have it in stock, but I was still satisfied because - I did not drive down to find the same result.
