What more can you say about a store. My husband arrives just before 5PM on Christmas Eve...door is locked...he knocks...they open for him and help him find and purchase a compound with which to repair his little aluminum boat. Merry Christmas!, West Marine, Marco Island and thank you.
this store sucks and smells horrible. none of the workers know what to do. they always stand around and talk. also, the lady from port supply was a complete jerk to me. the ony good part of my experience was checking out. the red haired cashier was the nicest worker i have encounterd, she was polite and she brightened up my day.

Definitely try them first before any other online or local marine retailers. Ive bought more items from them then I can list on this review. This is the best boating shop in Bay City. They have a great amount of experience and are very helpful. They know what they are talking about, and make your shopping experience very easy. They have a wide variety of boating supplies for all ages. The staff is friendly, and they always have a smile on their face. If you are interested in boating, or any boating supplies, take time to check out West Marine. I recommend it!!
