Manager is a grump that seems to have forgotten he works in a customer centric business. Went to return a life jacket after using it once in 2 weeks and no longer having the boat it was purchased for. Was told to “grow up”. Sounds like the cries of a businessman stuck in the age that has been overtaken by more successful business models that understand working with your customer wins in the end. Returns are part of retail that keep customers coming back. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
