Terrible customer service, the guys didn't was willing to help us out to get a recive for a previous purchase on Newport Beach store.. "i can't do that" he said.. not even try the way to help.. thankfully we call Newport Beach store and like always they really nice and a great customer service.. so they help to send our recive that we need.. Seems like customer service now days isn't important anymore or is because we didn't look like we own a boat and that affects the way they treat us .. I don't but is upsetting tbh.
