There are employees at this store that make it hard to shop at. Newport and long Beach stores night and day difference

This is my favorite west marine by far. The staff is so incredibly nice and helpful. I had called another location to ask for help placing an order for something and they refused to help me and hung up on me. So I called the Dana Point location and Campbell helped me with everything. He’s always so knowledgeable and kind. I’ve been going to this location for years now and I’ve never had a bad experience.

Terrible customer service, the guys didn't was willing to help us out to get a recive for a previous purchase on Newport Beach store.. "i can't do that" he said.. not even try the way to help.. thankfully we call Newport Beach store and like always they really nice and a great customer service.. so they help to send our recive that we need.. Seems like customer service now days isn't important anymore or is because we didn't look like we own a boat and that affects the way they treat us .. I don't but is upsetting tbh.
