I was not happy with the customer service! The man who was the cashier was not very nice. When we asked him a question he said "I don't know" in a very condisending way. He made me feel very stupid and like my business wasn't important to him. I don't know if I will go back there again.
Terrible store hours, not very customer friendly. Can never get an answer on the phone when I call, just rings and rings and rings... have verified the correct number 3 times.
I purchased a 1988 ChrisCraft that needed a gel coat restoration. The people set me up with the proper materials and advice and the boat went from dull gray blue to a beautiful red whit and blue in a few days. Thanks so very much.........
dont ever call this place if you would like info about their products. none of the staff has the courtesy to answer the phone . every time i call, they pick up the phone and then hang up. it gets kinda old when i have to drive 60 miles to get there to see if they have something in stock. i would suggest ordering online or using a different company all together.

highly recommended! the best experience i have had at a west marine. the employees are very helpful and kind. I am so grateful santa rosa finally got a west marine close by. it beats driving in traffic for an hour to sausalito any day.
