HOT WATER HEATER FOR GIBSON HOUSE BOAT
DONT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!!!! I took my 500 dollar suite here to be cleaned and when I got my suite back it was filled with holes caused from heat. I thought the clothes were cleaned on site but they ship all the clothes to a warehouse where its all lumped together in 1000 pound loads. I had to call 3 times before I got a hold of a manger who had to ship my suite to the ware house so the owner could look at it. Bad Times at West Marine – I started shopping at West Marine on Basin St. I needed work done on my outboard motor for my boat. One of the employees there said he worked on them, his name was Blake. My motor was locked up. After speaking with Blake, he seemed very knowledgable. Unfortunately, he was nothing but a con. He picked the motor up and told me it would be about a week to fix it. west maine – Staff is helpfull and they do what they can for a small store. The staff is realy good about ordering parts for pick up and call right away when the part is in. I have gone to local small shops add there more of a pain than there worth. This is the one time I would say skip the local guy.

Excellent Customer Service, Great Selection – I went to West Marine to buy a life jacket. They had an excellent selection in a variety of price ranges. I ended up having to exchange sizes, and I was so impressed by the customer service. The staff had good product knowledge, were very helpful, and really pleasant. I'll definetely go back.
