Customer service is outstanding
Extremely nice and helpful employees. Store layout is very nice. Unfortunately they did not have what we were needing but told us where to go to find it.
Good selection with prices reflecting utility of serviceable items available. Modern facilities with delivery available. Salt water is not friendly with low quality gear.
I love West Marine . They're very helpful, have the same people working there and ate fairly priced. I'm there frequently and will continue to go.
