This is the worst West Marine location in all of South Florida. The Management is notoriously unprofessional, as echoed repeatedly in countless other reviews below. Employees are mostly just kids, clueless! The arrogant manager, when he finally came out from the back, seemed completely annoyed and uninterested in helping with an online order that did not match what the kid was giving me. Went in looking for a very particular product. While they didn't have the product "in stock", Crystal and Guillermo were able to improvise on the fly and find me the item I needed. They could have easily said "Sorry we don't have it" but they put in the extra effort to resolve my issue and it was greatly appreciated. Great experience and great customer service.
