It's truly unusual to walk into a business these days and find a sales associate who is both helpful and knowledgeable about where to locate the items you're looking for.
This is the worst West Marine location in all of South Florida. The Management is notoriously unprofessional, as echoed repeatedly in countless other reviews below. Employees are mostly just kids, clueless! The arrogant manager, when he finally came out from the back, seemed completely annoyed and uninterested in helping with an online order that did not match what the kid was giving me. The ad was four to a package. The invoice said four to a package. The label on the package said four. But the package contained only three.... read more
