Went in looking for a very particular product. While they didn't have the product "in stock", Crystal and Guillermo were able to improvise on the fly and find me the item I needed. They could have easily said "Sorry we don't have it" but they put in the extra effort to resolve my issue and it was greatly appreciated. Great experience and great customer service.
