Walked in, no one greeted me, I walked in with a part I bought from them 3hrs before and wanted to exchange the part and not one person in the store acted like they they knew I just bought this. Worst experience and will never spend my money at a West Marine. Especially the Cape Coral , FL store

I broke my fishing rod...lost the recite had nothing.....West Marine went above and beyond and exchanged my broken rod for a new one..Thanks, Jen
