Its a great company to find things for outdoors and get on the water. Tampa store has great customer service and goes above for customers. I recommend shopping online and in store to see what they have to offer.
What a waste of my time! Needed 1/4 inch button snap studs and barrels to repair a few straps on my vessel. After standing around the parts counter for about 10 minutes waiting for assistance (with others waiting) an worker showed up and helped the customer in front of me... When it came my turn, I asked if they had any 1/4" snap studs? Only saw 3/8" on shelf but they had 1/4" barrels. They had one part of the equation but not the other. Was told they don't carry that part! WHAT? You have half but not the other? YEP! SORRY..... read more
