Called the online customer service they said it showed deliver to the store 5/5 called the store they said they did not have it in perhaps coming on the truck Friday 5/7. I placed an order on July 8th and I received a confirmation on July 14th that my order had shipped and my debit card was charged. On July 27th I found out that my order was never shipped so I canceled the order and four days later I still have not received my refund.

We bought a fish finder chart plotter 2 years ago with the plus warranty. Now that our machine is broken, all we have been getting is the go around for a replacement. Not very happy with them. Never to buy electronics from them again

Bad Times at West Marine – I started shopping at West Marine on Basin St. I needed work done on my outboard motor for my boat. One of the employees there said he worked on them, his name was Blake. My motor was locked up. After speaking with Blake, he seemed very knowledgable. Unfortunately, he was nothing but a con. He picked the motor up and told me it would be about a week to fix it.
