I would recommend coming to check out this West marine in Winthrop Harbor. They had a great inventory and the customer service Thomas provided went far beyond my expectations, he is incredibly knowledgeable and straight forward. If they don't have it in stock Thomas has the ability to find it. Overall was a phenomenal experience!
I recently visited the Winthrop Harbor West Marine location in search of information about getting into boating. I was assisted by the Store Manager Thomas. Thomas had an extensive knowledge to share with me, was patient with my many annoying questions, and had an excellent disposition. 5 stars. Would recommend anyone interested in boating, repair parts, or water sports to stop into West Marine in Winthrop Harbor and ask for Tom! If he isn’t sure he will certainly figure it out for ya!
Thomas at West Marine was amazing. As a new boat owner I walked in with a lot of questions and no answers. Thankfully Thomas was there to help me with all the questions I had. Good selection in store though slightly limited. Great customer service
