Gary was very helpful in resolving a difficult extended warranty issue, he really went out of his way and ensured it got resolved for me. He followed up to ensure it was taken care of. Definitely a good customer experience.
This store is my new favorite West Marine. Justin knows what he is talking about.
I had a super positive experience here. The sales associate Justin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . I admitted how new I am to sailing and he answered all of my questions and guided me to correct products. He didn't try to up sell and only gave me his honest recommendations. As a result I ended up buying twice as much gear that I will actually use and need in the future.
