Hire people that actually know what they are doing!!!
Not enough time to explain the dissatisfaction with my service. They won't get to your boat when they say they will, sometimes even weeks later. Don't trust what they tell you as far as timelines. They also left my battery switch on so it was dead when they had to put it back in the water. Won't be back.

Where to begin... new to the Crystal Coast and even newer to boating and what we do? Buy a boat! Crazy thing is even though we know nothing about what we are doing the ENTIRE staff at 70 West greets us with smiles, they laugh with us not at us �, they support us by giving us tips and instruction, and most of all they encourage us. Extremely happy with the service so far. I pulled my Sundancer up to 70 west yesterday to keep it here for the year. When I showed up they informed me I would have to use the ramp at the visitor center to put in and drive back around to the marina. I was by myself but was determined to get it done. Before I left the front desk, one of the gentleman asked me if I needed any help. He rode with me to the boat ramp, helped me put it in the water, helped me find the marina while providing local area tips, then took me back to my ... read more
