Undoubtedly West Marine has been a huge supplier for parts ever since i bought my sailboat 10+ years ago. The store has a large selection, and the staff are actual boaters who understand sailing. I needed advice on upgrading my traveler, and they provided perfect, practical advice rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive option. Thank you for all your help throughout the past decade
They never have what i need in stock
Not really pleased with the customer service this place provided. Highly dissatisfied and would rather shop at bass pro shop or some bigger corporate store than here.
