Snow
Usually very nice and helpful, especially the manager. Walked in today to buy a dinghy. The two older gentleman behind the service desk were talking amongst themselves. And really couldn't give me the time of day. I hovered there quite a while, three feet from them. Nothing. So they lost my sale this time. Another online order. Bummer. Second time recently this has happened.
Poor customer service.
This is an amazing store. If I remember the person who helped us, was Brock amazing job well done. This person should get a raise.
