I purchased a Simrad unit through West Marine online. The website advertised a $300 mail in rebate through Navico. I received the unit and had it installed. Everything was great until I tried to send in for the rebate. It turns out that the rebate was posted accidentally and they could not honor it. Very young kids trying to run a store that knows nothing about the marine industry. Shelf’s had very little stock and more stuff for saltwater boats . Price was almost 2 times the price of hardware store down the road. Won’t be back.
