Had all the basics and could order stuff online if they didn’t have it in stock.
I purchased a 5 hp Honda outboard motor online which was delivered to the Port Royal store on October 7, 2025. The motor was checked for oil and would not get out of idle speed on it's first usage. I contacted West Marine and was told they bear no responsibility for the engine even though I purchased an extended warranty beyond Honda's warranty. Sux
Order a simrad for $3000 through them. Came to check on order a week later since I was told it would be in. The order was cancelled an hour after I left. The guy behind the counter said that their computer kicks peoples orders back all the time. So now I’m stuck without the item I ordered and having to reorder without going through them. Don’t order through them if it’s not something cheap!!!!!
