I want to give a huge thank you to Darin at West Marine! I ordered an item on clearance online and when I opened the box, there were two pieces missing. Darin looked up my order, called a store in Louisville KY, and had my missing parts shipped to the New Orleans store. I called him on a Saturday morning and he called me on Wednesday to tell me my missing parts were in! Now that is great service!!! I appreciate the great customer service!!! It was the worst experience of my life going to the W. Marine. They did not take care of you. They were super Duper rude and they tried to kick me out and accused me of stealing, which I did not steal anything from their store and they tried to kick me out, but I refused because I was just trying to do some fishing with my friends.
