I want to recognize Darren at the Harrison store for the outstanding service he provides. He is, without question, the best employee I’ve ever dealt with. No matter what the issue is, Darren always goes above and beyond to help with professionalism, patience, and a great attitude. It's hard to go into West Marine and not find something you want and need. When it comes to boats, they have it! Very friendly and helpful staff. I sure hope they make it out of this bankruptcy situation!

Also, I want to thank Sam for being so helpful every time we go to the store! Thanks,... read more
It was the worst experience of my life going to the W. Marine. They did not take care of you. They were super Duper rude and they tried to kick me out and accused me of stealing, which I did not steal anything from their store and they tried to kick me out, but I refused because I was just trying to do some fishing with my friends.
