Jason and Paul deliver excellent service. They are polite, very attentive, and very knowledgeable. If you have the opportunity to call first to make sure they have the items on the shelf or needs to be ordered, they will gladly assist you and help direct you so that you do not waste a trip. In my case, they had what I needed, they verified that the inventory was actually in the store, and then let me know that they actually physically had it in stock. Most times they can get you out of a pinch. 8-29-24 Maybe I never noticed it before but closing at 5PM M-F makes it pretty slim chances that a working class stiff like myself can get to your store to make a purchase. I'm not a happy boater. My boat is out of service until I get a simple part but I cannot get it from you tonight which is what I was hoping for. Unfortunately not with you. We'll hopefully Cabelas has what I need.
I called them to purchase milfoil stickers required by State of Maine they said we have them 10 minutes later I arrived not one employee had any idea what A Milfoil stickers were and had no idea what it was . Very poor customer service, I will not be going back to tha
I ordered a fishing rod, and separately, some flares, on special at different times, and there was no problem holding them for me until I came over from South Africa. Then I started looking at rod holders, which I now need!
