How about some in-depth training on "customer relations" just for starters?
Went to by some sperrys for too much money and the guy totally acted like I wasn't there, even after he chatted with his only customers. He is such a jerk, and I've seem the additude before. Never again, buy on line, certainly not from this store. Avoid if you can.

more than disappointed with my experience at this retail location, I had purchased a stereo package from them it was professionally installed the unit failed, they were prompt to replace with another unit, the new unit failed as well at this point I'm out the money I purchased the unit for and the two installs, the store commented that the only thing they could do was wish me luck
