Staff are poorly trained and seems there are no educational requirements to be employed there. Baby sitting younger siblings is not the same as being responsible for the care of other people’s children. Staff have shown themselves to be unprofessional when presented with behavioral concerns, denying and minimizing the bite marks and bruises that were not properly documented or handled.
